What are the return conditions?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Returned items may be tried on or inspected, but must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Please include the original packaging where possible, along with your order number and full name so we can identify your return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
To help reduce waste, we encourage all customers to reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 14 days after we receive your parcel.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The return shipping cost on 50 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
How do returns work for promotional items?
For bundle offers such as “Buy 2 – Get 25% Off”, the discount applies only when the required number of items is kept. If one of the items is returned and the promotion conditions are no longer met, the discount will be removed and the remaining item(s) will be charged at the regular price.
