Returns + Exchanges
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home (not gym class or spin class girl) and if you need to send them back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
You need to email us at email@example.com with your order number, full name and if you’re returning or exchanging. We’ll then be in touch with a digital return label. Once return or exchange is received, we will process your package.
Exchanging is always free (excluding the UK)! Returning for free however depends on if you were charged for shipping on your original order. (this applies to Danish order as all intl returns aren't free) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out 🌈
Customers in Copenhagen who want a quick exchange or return, may contact us and come by Planet Nusa HQ to return or exchange. Please contact us to schedule a time :)
Customers outside the EU are responsible for returning via an appropriate courier and responsible for taxes and duties.
Customers from the UK will have to return and exchange all orders themselves via an appropriate courier.
Please make sure we easily can identify the package. Referring to your order number and full name is always a great idea :)
Please make sure your items are returned new & unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note that Mix, Match & Catch offers sold can only be refunded as a set. Of course you my exchange sizing on this in order to get just the right size <3
Please note we will not offer free returns on SALE items during our 1 annual sale around International Women's Day. Returns are made and paid by the customer itself according to the local shipping rates.
