We’ve made returning an order simple, but before sending anything back, please read these 6 quick steps carefully:

1. Start with the return form

Head to our online return portal & fill out the form before sending anything back.

2. Include your order info

Pop a copy of your picking list or order confirmation inside the return package so we can easily match it up.

3. Keep it clean & new

Make sure your items are unworn, unused & returned in the original packaging—just as you received them.

4. Free returns?

No, the price of the return will be deducted from your refund. Click here to see the return fee of your country.

5. Return within 30 days

You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—just to be safe! 

6. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (or gift card, if used) within 9-14 business days. Heads up: local bank processing times may vary. During busy periods, it might take a little longer.

Exchanges

We’re not offering direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size or item, simply:

• Place a new order for the item you want

• Return the original item via our return portal

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the original amount.
