Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. We do however aim to ship out all orders placed before 14.00 Mon-Friday, unless there is an issue with your order. In that case we’ll contact you immediately to find
a solution.

We work hard to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays during special releases, Christmas and sale periods. Orders outside the EU may be subject to custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches it’s destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.

All shipments within Denmark have a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Please note that during and after busy periods — such as sales or product launches — delivery times may be longer than usual. While our standard dispatch time is 1–2 business days, delays of up to 5–7 business days can occur due to high order volumes.
