Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
Changed your mind? No worries—we’ve made returns simpler than ever. If you’re based in Denmark, you can now use our return portal to register your return or exchange.
Please note that an exchange request is not a reservation or guarantee that the desired size will be available when your exchange is processed, as stock availability may change.
Please note that we will refund you if the exchange cannot be approved.
All you need is your order number & email
From there, you’ll be able to:
Select the items from your order you want to return or exchange
Choose a new size (if it’s in stock)
Exchange for a gift card (we’ll add 10% extra if you choose this option instead of a refund)
Or simply request a refund (Shipping cost DKK 50)
Once completed, you’ll receive a 9-digit code—The 9-digit return code must be written in a visible spot on the package so that DAO can identify the shipment. Just bring it to your local DAO shop to send the parcel back. No printer needed!

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

Return Conditions
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Returned items may be tried on or inspected, but must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Please include the original packaging where possible, along with your order number and full name so we can identify your return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. To help reduce waste, we encourage all customers to reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
