When is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped once we process your order. We usually process your order within a short period of time after the order is received. You’ll then receive a separate email with shipping instructions. Then you might as well just take a seat and wait for Postman Pat!
Can I pick up my order in Copenhagen?
YES! We offer local pick up in Copenhagen at our office! We will email you when your order is ready and we can arrange a quick pick up ❤️
How do I return or exchange an order?
Email us at email@example.com. Include your order number & name and send ua a short email with what you'd like to exchange or return.
Exchanging is always free. However there are some exceptions if you need to return your order, and was billed for shipping originally. Email us anyways and we will help you out :)
Where is it made?
We’ve worked really hard finding amazing and skilled people to work alongside us. We found those in Italy. We’re using as many recycled/organic materials as possible in our production. Hopefully this comes across in the good times our gym gear will bring you!
Will I get billed for customs?
We ship from Copenhagen - so no need to worry if it's going somewhere within Europe. We try our best to send packages internationally without you having to pay for customs - there are some exceptions. Get in touch if you are in doubt.
We ship to most destinations. However we are growing our Planet from Europe and so we have a few exceptions! We cannot wait to bring you gym gear, where ever you’d like
Caring for my new product?
All our products come with care instructions. Usually they are all easy to wash – We’re talking the standard 30C wash on most of our products.

Out of a size?
We try to have all sizes available – but our factories are busy and so they’re trying their hardest to keep up with demand 😊 Sign up to the item and size you're looking for and we'll send you an email when it's restocked 💕
