Planet Nusa wants its webshop and services to be accessible to as many people as possible. This statement explains how we work with accessibility and how customers can request assistance.

Scope

This statement applies to Planet Nusa's website at www.planetnusa.com. We also consider accessibility in our store, events, communications and customer service. These activities form part of our broader accessibility work but may be subject to different requirements from those applying to our webshop.

The e-commerce service covered by this statement is provided by Planet Nusa ApS, CVR no. 40088008, Tomsgårdsvej 28, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark.

How we work with accessibility

Our accessibility work is guided by the Danish Act on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services, which implements the European Accessibility Act.

We review the accessibility of our website with attention to whether information and functions are understandable and flexible. Our reviews cover areas such as text alternatives for relevant images, readable content and contrast, keyboard navigation, clear forms and error messages, compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies, and the accessibility of checkout, identification and payment functions.

Some functions are provided by third-party suppliers. When an accessibility issue concerns a third-party solution, we will work with the relevant supplier to assess and address it.

Product information and care instructions can be provided in an alternative accessible format upon request where reasonably possible.

Accessibility Working Group

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We assess identified barriers and prioritise improvements according to their impact and urgency. Some content or functions may not yet work as intended for every user or assistive technology. This statement does not claim that every part of our webshop is fully accessible at all times.

Planet Nusa has established an Accessibility Working Group with representatives from the Co-Founder team, HR and ESG & Sustainability. The group meets at least once a year to review accessibility across the business and agree an action plan based on the issues assessed as most significant. Specific accessibility concerns are assessed as they arise and do not wait for the annual meeting.

If you experience difficulty using our website, we will seek to provide assistance or the relevant information in another available format. The assistance we can provide will depend on the request and the service concerned.
