As we enter our Nusa Self Care Era, we’re kicking things off with a little softness. Join us for a special Saturday session at Ohm Yoga—a moment to reconnect, reset, and set a gentle intention for yourself.
Choose between Hot Yoga or Reformer, both guided by Ohm Yoga’s experienced instructors. When you arrive, you’ll be invited to set a small intention for the day, whether it’s to get out of your head or back into your body.
After the session, we’ll gather around a light snack station with treats from the Nusa Café (think coco dreams and fresh juices).
✨ All participants receive a pair of Planet Nusa reformer socks to take home.
