Winter is calling and we’re taking it outside! Join our next Planet Nusa Winter Bootcamps in Copenhagen with @Coach Kallon or CrossFit athlete @Astrid Tind.
Three months of outdoor movement, motivation, and community energy to keep you going through the cold season.

Each bootcamp runs for 3 months with 24 workouts, the same beloved format, but new winter energy.

This season, we're adding a little extra winter magic to celebrate your consistency and spread some Community love.

No Excuses Bootcamp with Coach Kallon

Join Coach Kallon for his signature No Excuses Bootcamp: an outdoor, high-energy workout where your own body is the machine. Expect stairs, running, and functional exercises that challenge your strength and endurance, no matter the weather. The session is for all levels!

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00–8:00 AM
WHERE: The stairs by DAC & waterside by BLOX, CPH K
DATES: December 2, 2025 – February 26, 2026

FYI: Thursday 25/12/2025 we meet at 9 AM and you can bring your +1 (family/friend/partner) along. Thursday 1/1/2026 we're off and this workout will be hosted on the 24/2/2026

Astrid Tind Bootcamp — with CrossFit athlete Astrid Tind

Train with CrossFit athlete Astrid Tind in a full-body session designed to build power and balance. Using minimal equipment like bands, kettlebells, and a skipping rope, Astrid’s workouts bring variety, intensity, and a strong community vibe to your week. No experience required!

WHEN: Mondays 6:00–7:00 PM & Thursdays 6:45–7:45 AM
WHERE: Hans Tavsens Park, 2200 København N
DATES: December 1, 2025 – February 26, 2026

FYI: Monday 22/12/2025, Thursday 25/12/2025 and Thursday 1/1/2026 we're off for the Holidays. Instead, we're working out on Friday 2/1/2026 at 9AM, Monday 23/2/2026 and Thursday 26/2/2026 (regular hours).
