Regain your strength, have fun & train with us at our 6-week Mommy & Mini Bootcamp hosted at Bette Café, featuring the amazing Julie Notkin. And yes, the whole point is to bring your wonderful little baby along!

This bootcamp runs over 6 weeks and our program is designed for new moms looking to rebuild strength, connect with others over breakfast, & carve out a little time for themselves—all while bringing their tiny sidekicks along.

Kickoff Date: November 13, continuing every Thursday for 6 weeks (last training is December 18)

Training: 8:30-9:30 AM
Breakfast: 9:30-10 AM

Meet Your Trainer: Julie Notkin

Julie has been a key trainer for our Bootcamps over the past three years & works closely with moms. She knows just how to tailor the training to your needs! Expect a dynamic 50-minute workout with 10 minutes of calming breathwork to wrap things up. 💗 

Bette Café offers the best setting for you & your baby, with everything you need: diapers in all sizes, nursing facilities, microwaves, play kits & plenty of space for strollers outside.

 All you need to bring is yourself & your baby—everything else is on us! 😍
