Regain your strength, have fun & train with us at our 6-week Mommy & Mini Bootcamp hosted at Bette Café, featuring the amazing Julie Notkin. & yes, the whole point is to bring your wonderful little baby along!
This bootcamp runs over 6 weeks & offers two time slots to choose from, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule best. Our program are designed for new moms looking to rebuild strength, connect with others, & carve out a little time for themselves—all while bringing their tiny sidekicks along.
Every Tuesday OR Thursday morning (sign up for the one that suits you best), we’ll meet for a full-body workout, a relaxing breakfast & plenty of time to bond with other moms. Sounds perfect, right? 💜

Meet Your Trainer: Julie Notkin
Julie has been a key trainer for our Bootcamps over the past three years & works closely with moms. She knows just how to tailor the training to your needs! Expect a dynamic 50-minute workout with 10 minutes of calming breathwork to wrap things up. 💗
Bette Café offers the best setting for you & your baby, with everything you need: diapers in all sizes, nursing facilities, microwaves, play kits & plenty of space for strollers outside.
All you need to bring is yourself & your baby—everything else is on us! 😍
