Returning an item couldn’t be easier!

Customers from Denmark can return their order via our return portal here: https://planetnusa.floatanalytics.com/ 

International customers can return their order via our return portal here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBQp

The price of the return will be deducted from your refund. Click here to see the return fee of your country.

Please note that items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive that parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s).

The items returned should off course be in the same state as when you received them; new, unused and in their original packaging. If the return does not meet our above policy, it will not be accepted and it will in stead be sent back to you.

Please make sure we easily can identify the package. Referring to your order number and full name is always a great idea.

Returns have a processing time of 10-20 business days, from the day we receive the package.
