What are the return conditions?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Returned items must be new, unused & in original packaging. Please reuse the packaging if possible, & make sure we can identify the parcel by including your order number & full name. Returns are processed within 12-20 business days after we receive your parcel. You are refunded to the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The return shipping cost on 50 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
How do returns work for promotional items?
For bundle offers such as “Buy 2 – Get 25% Off”, the discount applies only when the required number of items is kept. If one of the items is returned and the promotion conditions are no longer met, the discount will be removed and the remaining item(s) will be charged at the regular price.
