If you have feedback, concerns, or suggestions, our Speak Up Channel is always open. This is a safe space to raise questions or share grievances related to sustainability, business ethics, human rights, or any other part of our work. Every message is taken seriously and handled with care, because by speaking up, you help us grow.
How it works
Step 1
Send your grievance, concern, or feedback to speakup@planetnusa.com. Include any key details to help us fully understand the issue.
Step 2
We aim to confirm receipt within two week and share the next steps.
Step 3
Our Head of ESG & Sustainability will review your message, investigate if needed, and work toward a fair, transparent resolution. If legal issues are identified, we’ll involve the relevant subject-matter experts.
Step 4
We’ll keep you informed on the outcome and any actions taken.

All submissions are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your information is only shared when necessary for resolving the issue. You can submit anonymously, and we will never disclose your identity without your consent, unless required by law.
