About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Designer with a 360-degree understanding of product development and a structured approach to technical design and product execution.
You have a sharp eye for detail, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and feel confident making decisions. You will be part of our Design & Production team, working closely with colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis.
You are comfortable leading fittings and know how to plan and prioritize them according to the team's timeline and production deadlines.
You thrive in a dynamic environment with a high level of responsibility, where priorities can shift quickly. You approach new challenges with a positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain measurement charts and size specifications.
- Ensure consistent fit across all product categories.
- Follow up on and manage samples from prototype to bulk production.
- Solve technical challenges related to fit and garment construction.
- Ensure high quality and consistency across all products and fits.
- Lead fit sessions and communicate technical feedback to suppliers.
Key Qualifications
- Educated Technical Designer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Highly structured and organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to maintain an overview across multiple projects.
- Experience leading fit sessions with confidence and ownership.
- A true team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of the production process and the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Delogue is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
Working Hours
This position can be either 30-37 hours per week, depending on the candidate. Working hours will be agreed upon during the recruitment process.
While the role is primarily based at our Copenhagen HQ during regular office hours, flexibility is expected during key product development periods, fittings, and production deadlines.
