Returning an item couldn’t be easier!

Customers from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, USA, EU, and ROW can return their order via our return portal here; https://planet-nusa.webshipper.io/returns_public/1

The price of the return will be deducted from your refund, if you are not eligible for a free return - (Only Danish orders above 595 DKK are eligible) - the prices are as follows;

Denmark - DKK 50
Sweden - SEK 150
Norway - NOK 150
USA - USD 16
EU - EUR 10
ROW;  USD 20

Please note that items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive that parcel.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s).

The items returned should off course be in the same state as when you received them; new, unused and in their original packaging. If the return does not meet our above policy,
it will not be accepted and it will in stead be sent back to you.

Please make sure we easily can identify the package. Referring to your order number and full name is always a great idea.

Returns have a processing time of 5-9 business days, from the day we receive the package.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, then please contact our customer service at hiya@planetnusa.com and include your order number alongside with which product you would like to exchange and to what.

To receive a return label, please go to our return portal here and choose exchange as the return method and send the goods back to us.

Then once we receive your return, we'll process your exchange as soon as possible.

Exchanges have a processing time of 3-5 business days, from the day we receive the package.
