**Costs 500 DKK to join - this price includes a clothing bundle
Choose between a morning or midday Bootcamp:
Saturday - May 11th from 9:00 - 11:15 AM
Saturday - May 11th from 12:00 - 2:15 PM
Break a sweat using your body weight! Get ready for an outdoor workout with Ida Bischoff who's a personal trainer & physiotherapist. She'll get you through a fun workout :) it'll be a mix of strength, functional, & cardio training where everyone can participate regardless of age, or level. Come release plenty of endorphins with us! 💥
20 open spots on each of the bootcamps. First come, first serve!

- 1 outdoor training session

Come join us for an evening swim or dip - we can't think of a better way to spend the evening than with a fresh dip & lots of hygge :) we've got refreshments for you 😍

Sunday - May 12th at 9:30 AM
Start your Sunday off right! We've got a 5k or 10k up for grabs and we've put in an order for blue skies and plenty of sun 🌞
We are social butterflies 🦋 so we're all going to run at a pace that allows us to hear about each other's favorite summer plans and talk about all things under the sun!
What's more, Surdejsbageren will make sure everyone gets to indulge in delicious coffee and bread with butter & cheese when we make it back to the bakery. If that's not motivating, then we don't know what is!
