Mommy & Mini Bootcamp — Aarhus Edition

We’re bringing our very first Mommy & Mini Bootcamp to Aarhus, teaming up with Lilleby—a heart-centered community space built for families. Cozy, calm, and welcoming, it’s the perfect setting for new moms to reconnect with their body, their baby, and each other.

This 6-week program is for those looking to move gently, meet other Nusa moms, and enjoy a little midweek reset. Led by Emma, certified yoga instructor & midwife, you’ll be guided through gentle postnatal yoga followed by coffee, sourdough buns from David BreadHead, and relaxed hangout time with space to breastfeed, change, and just be.

For moms with babies aged 0–12 months
Max. 10 participants (spots are limited to keep it intimate)

Meet Emma

Emma is a midwife and certified prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher. She brings her deep knowledge of the body and motherhood into every session—helping you move, stretch, and reconnect with yourself after pregnancy in the gentlest way.
