Whether you’re a beginner, a practiced boxer, or never even heard of it, then this bootcamp is perfect for you 👊🏼. The bootcamp will consist of cardio training, strength training, boxing, and plenty of power. And what’s more, you’ll release a ton of endorphins! Hilary Swank will not want to see you in the ring after this! 🥊

Start: Monday, 5th of June 2023

Mondays
Choose between:

1. Boxing Power at 6:30 - 7:30 indoor
2. Strength Power at 17:00 - 18:00 outdoor

Wednesdays
Choose between:

1. Strength Power at 6:30 - 7:30 indoor
2. Boxing Power at 17:00 - 18:00 outdoor

Location:
Indoor: RULES, Scandinavian Center, Margrethepladsen 5, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark
Outdoor: Godsbanen, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark

The way this bootcamp is structured is as follows:

- Download the Rules app - login information will be provided by Rules
- They will also provide you with a 24 x class pass
- You’ll have 4 workout classes to choose between each week (so it’s super customizable, YAY!)
- As an added bonus, you have the option to join a free class every Sunday 😉

Terms:

As the nature of this product is customized you WILL NOT be able to refund or cancel once commitment and purchase has been made. Once you've paid your first half you are COMMITED to paying the other half on July 3rd. 

If you miss trainings - they won’t be able to be reimbursed.

If you haven't paid the second rate within 10 days after receiving the payment notification via email we'll add 10% of the 1650 DKK.

We can’t master the weather - no one can. Therefore we will be outside if nothing else is communicated.

Once you have paid for the bootcamp, you will be emailed by our team to pick out your Planet Nusa gear <3
