With high demand & limited stock, some items sell out instantly. Occasionally, our system may process multiple orders for the same item at the same time, which can lead to stock discrepancies. If that happens, we’ll do our best to fulfill your order, but in some cases, we may need to cancel part of it or, in rare cases, the full order. If so, we’ll notify you ASAP & look for the best possible solution.

We accept returns within 14 days for styles purchased during the online sample sale. However, please note that returns are not free—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

During the sample sale period, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. If your cart includes discounted products, you won’t be able to apply a discount code—even to full-price items. To use the code on full-price items, you’ll need to place a separate order.
