RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returning an item couldn’t be easier!
You have 30 days from when you receive your order until you return your order. We strongly recommend that you get a proof of postage!
Please make sure we easily can identify the package. Referring to your order number and full name is always a great idea.
The items returned should off course be in the same state as when you received them; new, unused and in their original packaging. If the return does not meet our above policy,
it will not be accepted and it will in stead be sent back to you.

We offer free returns on all orders above 480 DKK.
All you need to do is to e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and full name. We’ll then be in touch with a prepaid return label.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
We do not offer free returns. All returns outside of Denmark, including shipping costs (taxes and duties) and arrangements, is the customer’s responsibility.

If you wish to exchange a product online, we refer to placing a new order on the wanted size and returning the “wrong” one.
This way you’ll receive your new item much quicker and we will issue a refund, once we process your return order.

We offer to handle both returns and exchanges on all orders bought online/offline in store.
So please come by our Planet Nusa Flagship Store at Gammel Kongevej 136, 1850 Frederiksberg to return or exchange your item.
